Ian is the Chef Guru on BBQ'd turkeys...

One year (many years ago) they lost their electricity just as the turkey was going in the oven... Bingo... let's Bar-Be-Que it and that's what they do every year since.

Boy was it sensational...extremely moist and perfectly cooked...
