Driving up the hill we passed this 'cool' dragon to find out that it is at the gates of a Tongue Point Job Corps. Tongue Point is a private school operated by a management company teaching hard core and uneducated children. Lots of kids who have been in trouble and looking for a way out by getting some training and once graduated they are placed in a job or enter the job market.
