At the top of the pass, we stopped at this scenic turn-off and it was truly a beautiful view.

At first I thought these were Oregon Grapes, but decided after a closer look that they ARE NOT!  Does anyone know what they are?  These gorgeous blue flower plants made a beautiful scene!
