We gave Dirk and Betsy their Menu for dinner. It was entitled:

'CARSON'S BEER, BED & BREAKFAST'

Dirk is the famous Brewmeister who actually was the one who brought the beer to us. which were his handcrafted beer and a bottle of one of his store bought favorites. He even brought the last bottle of his lst Place beer he won in the local County Fair. I didn't take a picture of our dinner but we served "Alder Smoked Wild Salmon with Lemon, Chive, Caper Sauce,

Elephant Brand Basmati Rice, Blend of Broccoli Florets, Yellow Carrots, Tender Whole Green Beans with Strips of Pepper, Fresh Asparagus Salad with Walnuts with Vinaigrette all served on a bed fresh young baby greens .....then of course the Parfait. Breakfast was served in the morning which included Al's Famous German Pancakes.
