For those of you have never been to Dim Sum, you are missing out... some Chinese Restaurants offer this regional meal and it is really fun. There are offerings of different 'goodies' that are brought in on carts.. many carts offering different plates of Chinese food. As they walk through the restaurant you can choose what you want to eat. Sometimes they don't speak very good English but they try to tell about what they are offering. Some of the things we passed on were tripe (*stomach), pigs feet and a few other weird things but the majority of the food is EXCELLENT. Our total bill was $31.85 + tax and tip. Pretty good.. If you can try it ~ it's great.
