On a working day at Jolly Roger Oyster plant one can look in these windows and watch the oyster shuckers sitting at a long conveyor belt shucking oysters as they move along the belt. It is quite ingenious how they bottle their fresh oysters and are they ever delicious.
For those that have never tried oysters....you are really missing out on quite a treat....I like to BBQ them in the half shell with butter and garlic...
I have an old high school friend who came to our Kite Festival Party a few years ago and he did the same thing but added a swash of Scotch...or was it ....
he was swashed with the Scotch?
