Would you believe that this 'cutie' is my cousin, Diane? She is so adorable! This is her special long-term cowboy Bob who is quite the incredible guy....They make such a cute couple...When we stayed in Stephenville, Texas for the night, they took us out for a real Texas dinner at a place called "THE HARD 8" owned by 3 Bull Riders and is quite a unique one-of-a-kind restaurant.
When we arrived we got in line next to about 10 huge smokers. When it was our turn we found what we wanted to eat from Chopped Beef, Sliced Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Sausage, Ribs, and the biggest Ribeyes, Tenderloins, Sirloins that I have ever seen ~ I'm telling you they were huge. From there we grabbed an enormous Baked Potato and then we told them what meat we wanted to eat and they weighed it (as they sell the meals by the pound). Then we went to get the other items like salad, corn-on-the-cob, beans, pickles, and a good ol' Beer. It was absolutely wonderful and I am so honored to be part of this marvelous family...
