We would pass many elevation signs as this is a very long and steep pass (6% for 17 miles).....many people drive around it. With our PAC Brake, Al just turned the brake on, put the transmission in 4th gear and down we went. I don't think Al even applied the brakes....
it was an easy pass compared to others we have been over and the scenery was marvelous.
