This is the lobby of the Peabody Hotel in Memphis. It is a historic 4 Diamond Hotel, built in 1925 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is a must see. There is the "March of the Peabody Ducks" daily at 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m......yes, the ducks come down the elevator, march in a line (to music) and hop into the pond in the middle of the Lobby. It gets very busy just before the ducks march so get there early..... then go to Hotel's roof top to see where they 'live' when not "working".
