Yes, this is ROGER WELSCH on his new tractor headed to his home which is a few miles out of town. We knew it was Roger when we were coming up to him as we had seen him on his tractor in town earlier in the day. So, I got this picture before we passed him so I just smiled & waved as we went by. It was the topping on the cake to actually see him.
